Anti-plagiarism system

  • The articles describing the results of original, previously unpublished scientific research are accepted for publication in the journal. The use of citations and references to other scientific materials is subject to the mandatory availability of an appropriate bibliographic reference to the original source. If you use borrowed illustrations, graphs, and tables, you also need a link to the source. When submitting information obtained from confidential sources, the authors are required to obtain appropriate consent.
  • Submitted articles are peer-reviewed for incorrect borrowings and possible plagiarism. Verification is carried out, among other things, using the automated Anti-Plagiarism system, as well as through other online search engines on the Internet. If the editorial board has grounds for a more detailed review, additional tools may be used to find loans.

The “Antiplagiat” Company is the developer of the “Antiplagiat” system, a unique solution for detecting text borrowings, aimed at educational institutions and scientific organizations around the world. The search algorithms for the Anti-Plagiarism system have been developed by Russian scientists. The unique technical capabilities make it possible to provide fast, reliable, and efficient search for borrowed fragments in texts and images, as well as to ensure the correct processing of any texts. After uploading the document to the Anti-Plagiarism system, the user receives a report on the presence of defects in the text of the work, for example, the absence of links to sources. A notice is sent to the authors about the refusal of consideration due to the suspicion of plagiarism. If plagiarism is found in an already published article, such an article is removed from publication without the possibility of restoration (without physical removal of the article), by publishing a statement about the plagiarism on the relevant pages of the journal’s website and the article file, the procedure for removing the article from publication is described in the relevant section of the editorial policy.
  • If there is an incorrect borrowing in the received article, all cases of such borrowing are considered individually.
  • When referring to an article published in the scientific journal “Engineering Systems and Structures”, the publisher asks you to post a link (full URL of the material) to the official website of the journal isis.cchgeu.ru .
