The mission of the journal is to ensure the dissemination of new information about research in the field of construction and architecture, system analysis, as well as management, information processing and statistical data (technical sciences), contributing to the process of integrating scientific knowledge and shaping the worldview of specialists and managers of a new formation for the domestic industry. The journal positions itself as an open platform for international communication, topical discussions, and the exchange of scientific results from fundamental and applied work by researchers and practitioners.

The goal of the publishers is to promote free discussion and exchange of ideas between scientists and practitioners. The editorial board of the journal helps authors to prepare articles for publication in accordance with international requirements for scientific publications. The editorial board of the journal aims to make the journal a leading among scientific publications and known to the world community, reflecting the latest scientific achievements in the field of construction and architecture and related fields. Recognizing the usefulness of narrow specializations, headings and sections, the journal strives to overcome interdisciplinary barriers.

Free access policy: full–text articles of the journal of the last two calendar years are in paid access, the remaining issues of the journal are publicly available on the journal’s website under the heading “Issues/Archive”. All information published in the printed version of the journal, as well as posted on the official website of the journal, is distributed under the terms of an open Creative Commons BY-NC license, which implies the possibility of using it for non-commercial purposes, including reading, quoting, copying, and processing if there is a mandatory link to the journal and the authors of the publications. Commercial use is possible only with the special written permission of the Publisher. The information published in the journal is provided for full-text placement based on contracts concluded with the Scientific Electronic Library (NEB LLC) for storage and permanent access to the Russian Science Citation Index (RISC). The journal is indexed in academic databases and information systems: VINITI and the open access scientific library “CyberLeninka”.
